AutoSummary in Conversation Explorer
Feature Release
This is the announcement for an upcoming ASAPP feature. Your ASAPP account team will provide a target release date and can direct you to more detailed information as needed.
Overview
Conversation Explorer is being enhanced to include the AutoSummary features of free text summaries and Structured Data.
This improves the effectiveness of Conversation Explorer providing a central place to understand and gain insights about your agents’ conversations.

Use and Impact
Reviewing and understanding your agent’s conversation is a central task in running a successful contact center. Your administrators and supervisors can use the conversation explorer as the central place to review conversations.
This also enables you to see the observations from AutoSummary products independent of an API integration, giving you insights immediately while you build out a robust integration to AutoSummary’s APIs.
How It Works
When navigating conversation explorer, users have two new tabs:
- Summary tab
- Structured Data tab
Summary tab
The Summary tab shows the free text summary from AutoSummary as a list of bullet points. The notes are the additional notes that agents added to the conversation.
Structured Data tab
The Structured Data tab shows the Structured Data from the conversation.
Structured Data are the information and insights you want extracted from the conversation. Initially, this only supports information that can be represented as yes or no.
Work with your ASAPP account team if you haven’t previously defined Structured Data.
